The Associate Team gives new members a chance to explore all our departments and build their skills through training sessions and workshops in the first semester. In the second semester, associates can either join existing teams in operations and research, or work on exciting new subsystems, like levitation!

This experience positions associate members to move up to the main team in the following year.
